These reviews are unfair and should be ignored. We are a young family and have been using this clinic for 8 years . Three kids = many visits! Yes, on the rare occasion we have waited 20+ minutes to see a doctor. It is blatantly unfair to give a 1-star review because of this. The doctors and support staff are hard working and always helpful. They are doing a tough, thankless job in a big country town that services a very wide area. Keep up the good work.
If they had an option for 0 stars I would choose it.Rude receptionists, rude doctors, poor overall. Have tried them a few times, hoping they would get better...dont bother.
Bring a book to read, something over 1000 pages preferably.
