Dr. Slesh is an efficient good caring Dr. Staff are great too
Sorry to complain but I have not had good experiences with the doctors (one female, one male) who actually tell you to go to emergency and clog up the emergency department at the hospital while you are sitting in their room!!! The only thing I like about this clinic is the receptionists! They are great people and understand people's needs and all, like deaf people needing interpreters. Other than that, the doctors I have seen are not good at all. Never in my whole life have I ever had to put up with doctors telling me to go to emergency to get an ultrasound and refusing to give me a script to get an ultrasound right in their office! Disgusting! WASTED MY TIME TODAY!!! Hope you are happy Dr Mallikaarachchi!! This has made me very angry. Putting their money profits above MY health does not go down well with me!!!! And I will not clog up an emergency dept just to suit the selfish lazy doctor's life!!!! I hope the doctors get penalised for trying to clog up the emergency department! I will be making a report about this. MY HEALTH COMES FIRST, NOT PROFIT AND LAZINESS!!!!
Had to complain to Practice Manager how indifferent staff didnt tell me where to wait for doctor. They didnt make any attempt to find me when doctor come looking. Then doctor refused to see me and began whining to me he had been calling my name.
This team ticks all the boxes in each area Dr.Vinay is a great doctor, helps you to understand and can always direct you in the right places if need be. The young fellow that takes blood in Pathology helped distract me and is very gentle and very competent at his job The reception girls are on the ball, very helpful! The place is very clean and tidy up so thumbs up to the cleaners behind the scenes I'm happy to see anyone here, great family clinic.
