Visited many times and always have greasy oily chicken pieces, need to learn to drain it correctly.. often ask for swapping potato and gravy for coleslaw and they do not check orders correctly and muck up individual requests like no cheese, or Asking for bbq sauce with nuggets and get given Aoli.. very poor over many visits for customer service
Unfortunately the chips were way to salty they didn't toss the chips around so I coped all the salt the chicken was not to bad
Sometimes the chicken tastes like it's been cooking in the same oil from 5 months ago, but they will nearly always get your order correct. In 3 years they have only misses sauces and 1 large chips. Replaced them on my next order with no problems. I would give 5 stars if my wicked wings didn't taste like they were overcooked.
It certainly is not a place to take children, the place is full of the teenagers that actually work there but have either finished ther shift or they are just sitting around feet up on furniture and swearing a lot, place is very dirty.Great that kids have a job but how about management set an example and let diners enjoy a family meal without teenagers swearing and lazing around.
Only used drive thru. Staff are fantastic...polite helpful and efficient. Easily the best fast food service in the area
