Low price caravan park mainly for permanents. Not a family holiday park because the facilities are basic.

Very friendly staff. polite and respectful tendants. Very welcoming people. Very happy with the help. when theres a problem they fix it.
Cheap and nasty but if you're homeless there is always available caravans $160 per week and caravans with annexes $200 per week. Landlord is pretty laid back and he doesn't worry if you have financial difficulties in paying rent. Electricity and water is free. Far from perfect but you can't complain when you are in need and need somewhere to live, also there is no lease agreement so you can stay as long or as little as you need.
I suppose its a good place if you want to stay in a park surrounded by the towns finest citizens. You would think you would be safe seems police are always there.
