Cannot adhere to the terms and conditions of the contract without advising you, then wants to charge you an admin fee for you to cancel the contract due to their errors. BEWARE.Contract made for linen services (for 7 days) to be provided for a holiday rental on the arrival date (to be the delivery date of the linen) and for the departure date (to be the return pick up date for the linen). This was confirmed and the specific dates documented in over 10 emails over a six week period.Payment is later made and the following occurs.1) Invoice received showing the linen delivery date to be one day earlier than agreed to and the return pickup date to be one day later than the departure date. This was never advised nor agreed to.2) After advising South Coast Laundry services that the dates are incorrect and need to be corrected, am advised the dates cannot be changed as this is when they are able to deliver and pickup.3) The Real Estate Agents will not accept linen to be left at the holiday rental property outside of the agreed rental period as it impacts other renters staying at the property before and after these dates. This is totally understandable.4) After further discussion with South Coast Laundry Services, am advised that I can deliver the linen to the Cowes hotel on the departure date which is an inconvenience and is not what is paid for. However to ensure there are no issues with the hotel (as the hotel has nothing to do with this contract), I request a name and contact details of the hotel to be provided for assurance purposes, which are refused. South Coast Laundry services then advises me to go through a different linen provider, great customer service! 5) I advise that I wish to cancel the contract which is accepted. Later I receive an email advising that South Coast laundry services will charge me a $25.00 admin cancellation fee. This is unreasonable as under contract law, the supplier cannot adhere to the agreed terms and conditions of the contract and are legally obligated to provide a full refund. After advising South Coast Laundry Services of this, the cancellation fee is removed.I should be charging them an admin fee for wasting my time and effort, for mismanagement, failure to adhere to basic contract law principles, misinforming me and for a lack of customer service.BEWARE.
