Great place for fun and fitness. They provide childcare facilities, adults children and family programs. The pool is heated Wednesday to facilitate hydrotherapy and gentle exercise.
I know its an indoor pool but boy it is soooo hot and stuffy..surely in the warmer weather you could have some windows open.... Cant be healthy for you....
