Sometimes might wait a couple of minutes for service if busy, but staff are incredibly helpful, take time to ensure all your questions are answered and concerns addressed. Great variety in products and brands and at a range of affordable prices.

Fantastic customer service, went into the store yesterday and was first served by Brynie then by Jayson to help us further. Jayson went above and beyond to help us with what we needed and gave fantastic advice to help us. Introduced us to some products we didnt even know existed to help us further. From what we could see all customers were well taken care of. This Harvey Norman store is being run fantastic and will be now recommending people to go there.
