Hired a truck. Scratched the side of the truck on a tree branch. Offered to pay what it would cost to fix this small amount of damage. They kept the $500 deposit. They would not provide receipts on how much it would actually cost to fix it. No accountability. Absolutely unreasonable and extortionate. They'll do anything to keep that $500 deposit. Have had much better treatment with other companies. Would definitely recommend hiring from a company in the city, it still ends up cheaper with the extra km because rates are much more competitive.
