Often does not get my order right. Have had to go back in and ask for my burger or fried etc. Happens a lot more then should. But when they do it get right, its good

Clean, fresh food, well run McDonalds store. Staff friendly and very helpful. Orders served fast and effective. Staff also looking busy even in a quiet period. Well done McDonalds Wonthaggi.

I was so angry about the service of this store. I say and watched the store manager on duty on the 30/12/18 at 9.30 stand there and yell at customer for paying eftpos at the counter rather than the kiosk. I then sat and watched a blue haired worker sit there and stare at this other customer until he moved his stuff so they could put the chairs up around him instead of waiting for him to move his food for them to clean up. Overall so disappointed in this store and the customer service from the manager and the crew. Definitely need to learn some respect for their customers
